For New Customers: 1. Create an online account
2. Purchase a storage plan under "Plans & Pricing"
3. Fill out/submit the service request form under "Request Service"
4. Notify your tire shop we will be there the next business day to pickup your tires.
5. You will be notified via text message when your tires have been picked up. For Existing Customers:
Schedule your changeover appointment with your tire shop.
Fill out/submit the service request form with your appointment details. You must provide 48 hours of notice for deliveries.
Your tires will be delivered the day prior to your appointment.
Your pickup will be automatically scheduled for the following business day from your appointment unless we are told otherwise.
Once we've picked up your tires you will be notified via text message.
For tire deliveries we require 48 hours of notice. Failure to provide us with this notice will result in your tires not being delivered. For tire pickups we can be notified anytime. Your tires will be picked up the next business day following your appointment.
We often have customers hear about us after their tires have been changed. Please give us a call as we are happy to discuss the logistics of picking up your tires!
Yes we do! Mounted assemblies are stored at no additional cost. If the wheels are separate, each set will be individually billed. Lugnuts can be stored for free if they are securely attached to the wheels.
Services to Park City are handled on a case by case basis. Please give us a call if you are located in Park City and require our services!
If we lose or damage tires we will either repair or replace them, guaranteed. Please see Terms of Service for more information.
With our month to month payment plan, we will continue to store your tires until service is cancelled. Our month to month payment plan requires a 4 month minimum storage period. Our seasonal payment plan provides storage and transportation for 6 months. At the end of the 6 months your plan will automatically renew for another 6 months.
If you do not wish to keep your tires, we will dispose of them at your request for $25 per tire set. If you wish to have your tires disposed of please contact us via email.
In our dropdown menu of installation locations from the Request Service tab you can select "Preferred location not listed". Below this is a box where you can provide the name and address of your tire shop.
We are happy to facilitate residential pickups and deliveries. Please go to Request Service and select "residential" from the installation location options. Below that you can provide your address along with the days/times you would like the service to take place. We will then contact you to coordinate the service.
Simply give us a call and we can put your plan on "pause". This will prevent us from billing your card further, while still keeping your account active. You will also get to use any remaining pre-paid time from the seasonal plan once un-paused!
We now offer Express Services to customers needing their tires in under 48 hours for a one time upfront $50 Express Service Fee. Simply give us a call to enquire about our availability for this service. Please note that this service is only provided on a case by case basis.
